The contents of this store includes both digital downloads and made-to-order merchandise, both of which have different returns policies. To initiate a return as per the below requirements, please email mondoloops@gmail.com where returns address will be provided.

 

Physical Merchandise

For all physical merchandise, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving goods if the product is faulty or not as ordered. Due to the nature of made-to-order items returns are not accepted due to incorrect sizing ordered or change of mind. Please contact mondoloops@gmail.com or use our contact tab to discuss any issues with physical merchendise. Refunds made within 2 business days.

 

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, these are none refundable. Please be sure to listen to demos, read the descriptions, and try out free samples first to ensure the downloads are suitable.
